Child Development Centered Community

Louhelen Bahá’í School programs are founded in the concept of the child development centered community, a community that focuses its systematic, unified efforts on creating a truly healthy, nurturing environment for raising, training, and educating children, junior youth, and youth to arise step by step as powerful exemplars of sterling moral character; ambassadors of the teachings of Bahá’u’lláh; champions of justice and racial harmony; and stout-hearted, learning-oriented servants of humanity. Spiritual parenting, enduring marriages, and effective teachers provide a sound foundation for the spiritual development of children and youth.
