Session Fees

Weekend (Two-day) Sessions
Adult and youth – $140
Child – $60 (accompanied by parent)
Extended Weekend Sessions
Adult and youth – $210
Child – $90 (accompanied by parent)
Five-day Sessions
Adult and youth – $350
Child – $150 (accompanied by parent)
Day/Commuter Fees
$15.00/person per day, or portion thereof (adults, children, youth, and infants)
Meals
Breakfast – $6.00 Adult, youth; $3.00 Child (11 and under)
Lunch/Dinner – $9.00 Adult, youth; $6.00 Child (11 and under)
Camp Louhelen Children’s Institute
Ages 8-12 – $350
Each basic registration includes the following:
Adult – $70 (3 meals = $24; program fee = $15; lodging = $31)
Child (with parent) – $30
(3 meals = $15; program fee = $15; lodging = FREE)

Lodging Information
Louhelen provides a choice in style of lodging accomodations. Each room features a clean and pleasing contemporary design, full carpeting, personal lavatory and toilet, roomy chests and quality linen, and air conditioning. Rooms are arranged in suites, with two rooms sharing an adjoining tub/shower combination. In addition to these general features, Louhelen offers several accomodations options:
Family Style – Located upstairs, bunk-style beds (some doubles)
Deluxe – Located on the ground floor, double beds (some singles)
Please Note: Guests in family-style bedrooms on the second floor of the dormitories may be assigned to upper or lower bunks.
Lodging Upgrade Requests – as space is available
Single Occupancy Request – 30% surcharge
Full-Suite Occupancy Request – 30% surcharge
Deluxe Room Request – 30% surcharge
Cancellations
Cancellations made 14 days before a session begins earn a full refund, minus a fee $10 per person. The entire deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made after this deadline.
Session Schedule:
All sessions begin with dinner at 6:00 pm on the first evening and conclude with lunch at 12:30 pm on the last day.
Interstate Highways:
Louhelen can be reached from two interstate highways: I-69, exit 145, then south 1.5 miles; I-75, exit 91, then north 20 miles.
If traveling by plane :
Travel from and to the Flint airport, bus terminal, or train station may be arranged by requesting pickup when making your reservation. A fee of $20 each way applies.
