Service Category 1 – Full Overnight
Rates include the following services:
Lodging (choose private, double, or dorm-style room)
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day
Complimentary use of a meeting room
Coffee and tea service throughout the day
Use of audio-visual equipment
Linen tablecloths in meeting room
Room Rates:
Dorm-style Room 3-4 people per room(bunk beds)

20% surcharge for guaranteed first floor room (as available)
Service Category 2 – Day Use
Rates include the following services:
Coffee and tea service throughout the day
Use of audio-visual equipment
Linen tablecloths in meeting room
Meal Service per person – Full Breakfast $7.50, Continental Breakfast $5.00, Lunch $10.00, Snack $4.00, Dinner $12.00
Service Charge – $3.00 per person, per day when no meals are purchased
Meeting Rooms:
Standard Meeting Rooms – $200 per day, per room
Large Meeting Room – $400 per day
Unity Hall – $800 per day
Twin Oaks Dining Room – $500 per day
Twin Oaks Dining Room Banquet Rate
Limited 3-hour use, 40 persons minimum, $15.00 per plate
Snack – $4.00
Service Category 3 – Dedicated Use
Sole Use of Facility:
For meetings where sole use of the facility is requested,
the following arrangements are required:
A deposit of 50% of all anticipated fees needed to reserve calendar space
No reservation of calendar space without paid deposit
Advance payment of all fees outlined in the Facilities Usage Arrangements
summary not later than five (5) weeks in advance of the start
of the usage.
Minimum charge is two (2) Full Overnights for 50 participants.
Dedicated use includes the same services as for Full Overnight stay.
Policies – Deposits and Payment
Deposits:
A deposit of 30% of all anticipated fees is required to make a reservation.
(50% deposit for Dedicated Use)
Cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard and Discover accepted.
Checks may not be used to pay reservation deposit on meeting dates
that begin less than three weeks after the reservation is made.
Cancellation:
Cancellation received at least ten (10) weeks prior to scheduled
usage start date shall result in 90% of deposit refunded.
Cancellation received 9–6 weeks prior to scheduled usage start date shall
result in 50% of deposit refunded.
Cancellation received less than five (5) weeks in advance of scheduled usage
start date shall result in forfeiture of full deposit.

Educational Discount:
Accredited educational institutions may inquire regarding discounts
for some meeting arrangements.
