Service Category 1 – Full Overnight
Rates include the following services:
Lodging (choose private, double, or dorm-style room)
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day
Complimentary use of a meeting room
Coffee and tea service throughout the day
Use of audio-visual equipment
Linen tablecloths in meeting room
Room Rates:
Dorm-style Room 3-4 people per room(bunk beds)
– $97.00/person per day
Double Room 2 people per room
– $110/person per day
Private Room 1 person per room
– $127.00/person per day
20% surcharge for guaranteed first floor room (as available)
Service Category 2 – Day Use
Rates include the following services:
Coffee and tea service throughout the day.
Use of audio-visual equipment.
Linen tablecloths in meeting room.
Fax and photocopy service – Free fax service up to 10 pages. Free photocopies up to 100 total pages.
Meal Service per person – Full Breakfast $8.00, Continental Breakfast $6.00, Lunch $11.00, Snack $5.00, Dinner $13.00
Service Charge – $3.00 per person, per day when no meals are purchased
Meeting Rooms:
Standard Meeting Rooms – $220 per day, per room
Large Meeting Room – $440 per day
Unity Hall – $880 per day
Twin Oaks Dining Room – $500 per day
Twin Oaks Dining Room Banquet Rate
Limited 3-hour use, 40 persons minimum, $18.00 per plate
Banquets and Open Houses
Banquet dinner rate – $18.00 per person, limited to 3 hours, minimum 35 people, no room rental fee.
Banquet luncheon rate – $15.50 per person, limited to 3 hours, minimum 35 people, no room rental fee
All menu choices are served buffet style and include beverages, full salad bar, bread or dinner rolls and dessert.
Luncheon choices also include two soups.
No gratuity.

Policies – Deposits and Payment
Deposits:
A deposit of 30% of all anticipated fees is required to make a reservation.
(50% deposit for Dedicated Use)
Cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted.
Checks may not be used to pay reservation deposit on meeting dates
that begin less than three weeks after the reservation is made.
Educational Discount:
Accredited educational institutions may inquire regarding discounts
for some meeting arrangements.
