The Institute for Studies in Global Prosperity (ISGP) is hosting a seminar titled "Discourse and Social Transformation: Achieving Coherence" for university graduates and young professionals. This event will take place from June 28 to July 9, 2025, at the Louhelen Bahá'í School in Davison, Michigan.

 

The seminar aims to enhance participants' abilities to analyze societal forces and integrate Bahá'í teachings into their academic, professional, and social endeavors.

The seminar is open to young adults who have completed undergraduate degrees and are considering graduate studies, are part way through their graduate studies, or are in the early stages of their careers or other forms of service to humanity.

 

Although welcome to apply, very recent graduates may find it beneficial to gain some experience related to their field of work or study before taking part in the seminar.

Application Process:

  • To apply, please write to ISGP@bahai.us to request an application.

  • Applications are due April 14th, 2025

  • A seminar fee of $540, covering materials, lodging, and meals.


Prerequisites :
• Completion of a bachelor’s degree prior to attending the seminar.
• Background reading of selected texts, for all participants, before the start of the seminar. These readings will be sent to participants several weeks in advance.
• Participation in an orientation call to learn more about the seminar and discuss the background readings together as a group..​


Additional Opportunity:

Participants might consider enrolling in FUNDAEC's online course, "Contributing to the Advancement of Civilization: Towards a Framework, Unit 1: Justice and the Oneness of Humankind," which aligns with seminar themes. This course is optional and not required for seminar attendance.​
