While the below quoted statement was addressed to the Yerrinbool Bahá'í Center of Learning, during a period when the community was consulting on the development of the center, 14 years ago, the statement is still pertinent and applicable to all Centers of Learning to this day .
"Much learning is still required, however, in developing human resources that can effectively participate in the discourses of society, and it is here that the Yerrinbool Bahá’í Centre of Learning can make a singular contribution."

We are in the nascent stages of connecting with like-minded organizations, establishing discourse spaces, and collaborating on community building and social action.

Being between two major cities with majority populations of People of African Descent it is important that the Pupil of the Eye is strongly centered and represented at the Center of Learning.
