The Crim and the Crim Mindfulness Initiative hope you will join this Search Inside Yourself (SIY) Leadership Training. This is a unique professional development opportunity using mindfulness to enhance leadership skills. Crim Mindfulness Initiative team members and fellows Marie Jones-Watts and Theresa Roach will facilitate this two-day course. The Search Inside Yourself Leadership program was developed and tested at Google and has spread to over 50 countries and 150 cities around the world. The course was developed by leading experts in neuroscience, business, and psychology. It teaches practical mindful leadership and emotional intelligence tools to bring out your best. Supporting leaders to manage change, stay resilient, and inspire growth. This training has been proven to reduce stress, improve focus, raise peak performance, and improve interpersonal relationships.

This will be an in-person course at the "inspiring and scenic" Louhelen Baha'i Learning Center.
